Timely payment of dues by April 30th, 2017 is appreciated. After April 30th, a $15.00 late fee will be added to your account. Additionally, the board reserves the right to file a lien on your property for unpaid dues. Release of a lien will require payment of the lien filing and discharge fees, plus a $35.00 association administrative fee for both the placement and removal of a lien.
