2023 Board Members

New Board Member Needed

The board of directors accepted the resignation of Michael Griffioen in August.  In order to serve our community efficiently and per the bylaws, we are in need of a 7th board member.  To learn more, interested homeowners may contact the board through the Contact the Board portal at the top of this website.

Do we have your current email address? 

Whether you are new to our subdivision or your email address has changed, please notify the board of your current email address. You can reach us using the Contact the Board button at the top of this page.  Outdated emails do not exempt homeowners from annual dues.

Association Dues

The deadline for paying association dues is April 30th every year to avoid incurring late fees and other penalties.  Dues are sent to homeowners via electronic mail (email). The email will direct homeowners to our secured online payment feature on the Forest Creek website or you may also remit your dues by check to the address noted on the invoice.

Interested in spearheading a subdivision event?

The association board sets aside funds every year for subdivision special events.  If you have an idea for an event and can volunteer to organize and plan an event, please let us know! A special event could the subdivision garage sale, a holiday parade or party, or an adult get together at a nearby establishment.
